SPIRIT!
Through
the month of October, we recognized regularly the 10th Anniversary of
Team SPIRIT and the Service of JOY, our
weekly contemporary worship experience. Think of all those who have been blessed by this wonderful
worship experience during those 10 years.
We
are grateful to those who have been part of Team SPIRIT through the years and to
those presently serving in this way. And,
we are grateful, as well, to all who provided leadership for the Service of Joy.
Present
members of Team Spirit who were there when it all began include Marilyn Haglund,
Rev Voth, and Lois Mellor. To these
tireless servants we extend an extra special word of gratitude.
A
fuller recognition of Team SPIRIT and Service of Joy leadership is being planned
for next February, when even more of our Church Family is present to be part of
the celebration.
